The practical details, so the birthday can be the fun part.
Your party
The party package is $695 on weekdays and $795 on weekends, and includes a reserved party space for 2½ hours. Parties are available any day by reservation, subject to availability; open play remains available. Your booking confirmation should list the chosen date and time, package, guest numbers and any extras.
Holding your date
A 25% deposit holds your chosen date once the venue confirms availability. Please wait for a written confirmation before sending invitations. Any remaining balance, taxes and optional extras must be clearly stated in that confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Contact the team as soon as your plans change. Refund eligibility, rescheduling deadlines and any cancellation charges must be agreed in writing before a deposit is taken. The open-play slot-credit policy does not automatically apply to private parties.
Food, allergies and grown-ups
No outside food is permitted except a birthday cake. Speak to the team about allergies and dietary needs before the party. Parents and responsible adults remain responsible for supervising the children in their care; ordinary house rules apply during private parties.
